• Project Fair is an expo where the working projects of participants are displayed.
• Team can have maximum of 4 participants and minimum of 2 participants.
• No participant can be part of ore than one team.
• Participants will present their working projects. The projects which are effective and useful for the society will stand a chance to win prizes.
• It is an offline event.
• Maximum time given for the project presentation is 12 minutes.
• Participants need to bring their projects to the event.
• Projects can be either software / Hardware.
• The participants should brief about the problem statement and present their project to the judges.

Judging Criteria :

Teams will be judged on these four criteria with equal weightage to all. During the presentation participants need to describe what they did on each criterion in their project.

• Technology : How impressive was the project in terms of technology ?. Was the technical problem tackled by the team difficult ? Did you use a particularly smart technique or did it use different components?.
• Design : Did the team put thought into the user experience ? How well designed is the user interface ?
• Completion : Does the project work ? Did the team achieve everything they wanted ?
• Learning : Did the team stretch themselves ? Did they try to learn something new ? On what kind of projects have they worked before?
