• Maximum 4 teams ( 2 members per team ) from a college can register for this event.
• No student/team shall participate in more than one event ( To avoid clashes with parallel sessions ).
• Topics:-
• ( Participants can choose either of 2 topics)

• No One Wins a war

• Climate Change

• Poster expo will be a single round event, out of which winner, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up will be finalized.
• The poster must be mailed to commutek2022@bvrit.ac.in on or before 27.04.2022
• Each team is given 5 minutes timeslot for presentation and Q&A session.
• The questions must be answered by both the participants.
• Poster specification:  

                    1.Must be dimensions 1 meter × 1 meter 

                    2.Print on Flex (vinyl printing / eco solvent printing )

                    3.Use Poster Expo template(.pptx)

• The panel will assess and award marks according to the assessment parameters.
• Participants are expected to follow the guidelines strictly to avoid being disqualified from the competetion

Assessment Parameters :

Each metric carries 5 marks:

• Creativity in content.
• Coverage of complete topic.
• Aesthetics and time.
• Grammar and relevance of graphics.
• Presentation skills and body language.
