• Team can have maximum of 4 members and minimum of 2 members.
• No participant can be part if more than one team.
• It is a 2 days event.

Abstract Presentation (Day-1) : 

• Abstract should be a very brief summary of the paper.
• The abstract should not describe the paper, but should give a brief statement of the problem or objective and a concise summary of the result or conclusion, touching upon methods or other details only if they are unique or significant.
• The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
• Abstract presentation time limit : 8 minutes.
• There is no restriction for the presentation format.
• The teams which are shortlisted in the abstract presentation, will present their paper on the next day.

Note : Results of Abstract review phase will be announced on 29-04-2022 at 10.00pm and Final review is on 30-04-2022 so the participants are requested to complete their entire term paper work before 28-04-2022.

Paper Presentation (Day-2) :

• The paper submitted should be presented during the event.
• The maximum time limit for the presentation is 12 minutes divided in slots of two, 10 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for the questions from the floor.
• All the authors may choose to speak, but strictly with the given time.
• All audio-visual equipment will be provided : Computer, Microphone, Speaker System, Digital Projection System etc.

Paper Format Rules :

• All papers should be in IEEE format.
• Abstract may not exceed the limit of two pages.
• Font style for text : Times New Roman.
• Font size for the text : 12
• Font size for the heading : 16.
• Font size for subheading : 14.
• Margin of 1 inch from all sides.

Time limit should be strictly followed or may lead to deduction of marks. Violation of any rule will result in rejection of paper.
